Features of hook safety buckle:

The overall shape of the two irregular plates is in the shape of a sickle, and the edge of the sickle is a closed opening with the same curvature as the internal surface of the hook. The front panel is welded to the front of the curved closed opening, forming an overall enclosed space.

The front and both sides of the hook mouth are closed to the hook mouth, forming a raised vertex position on the back of the sickle shaped irregular plate surface.

Connect the vertex positions of the two irregular plates using a pin shaft that passes through the hook handle, and extend a handle from the tail of the sickle shaped irregular plate to the rear, with a sharp angle between the handle and the front panel.

This will fix the safety buckle at the pin axis set at the vertex of the irregular plate, and the safety buckle can use the gravity of its front panel and the handles of the left and right irregular plate machine to hang down, forming a closed circle between the safety buckle and the inner surface of the hook, achieving the closure of the hook.

The application principle of hook safety buckle:

The two irregular plates form a safety buckle with the front panel. The safety buckle is closed at the opening of the hook by its own gravity under normal conditions without external force. The safety buckle forms a closed circle with the inner surface of the hook to prevent heavy objects from falling off.

By using the pin shaft located at the top of the front of the two irregular plates to pass through the nose of the hook handle, the safety buckle can rotate axially around the shaft pin to achieve closure of the hook mouth.
